Fair pricing and super quick service! I lost a diamond in my ring and decided to try out unique jewelers because it is close to my work. I couldn’t believe that they were able to fix my ring in just an hour! The ring looks absolutely beautiful and I was quoted lower than the price another other jewelry repair shop quoted the repair! I will definitely be bringing all of my jewelry and watches here for now on.

Amazing customer service! The first time I came in I was searching for a unique jade pendent and while they didn’t have the one I was searching for, they offered to order it for me. The second time I came in, I needed a watch band repaired. They handled it right then and there. I highly recommend them and will be back to shop again soon!

I have now gone in and worked with this Shop on two different occasions. First one was for a necklace around Christmas time. My wife absolutely loved it. Today we went and had her ring sized down and had some prongs on it repaired. The repair and sizing only took 2 hours. When we got the ring back not only did it fit perfectly this ring had the “bling” put back on it. It had not been professionally cleaned if for ever. The prices for the repair and down sizing was absolutely insanely cheap compared to other prices we have found. The workmanship from what we can see is absolutely stunning. My wife got her ring back and absolutely fell in love with it all over again. This place is a true Gem of Elk Grove!!!

Came here to fix a gold nose ring. He was upfront that he couldn't guarantee the repair wouldn't break it further due to the size but he tried anyway with our permission and succeeded! Strongly recommend for being honest with you and being very skilled at what he does.

From the beginning I knew we went to the right place! Went to resize my wife’s wedding ring after 26 years. I trusted Bruce from the moment we walked in. Bruce did an excellent job! His workmanship and efficiency is awesome. He’s so good that he was able to fix 6 watches from other customers while we waited. We highly recommend! Glory to God!

Amazing service! Sized my ring immediately, cleaned my rings for free and recolored another ring in 15 mins! Everywhere else told us 2 week wait. So happy we found this place!!
